Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Huang Xili's self-made Baijiang Decoction series formula in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:A total of 278 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into treatment group A(200 cases)and control group B(78 cases)according to different treatment methods.Group A was treated with Professor Huang Xili's self-made Baijiang Decoction series formula,while group B was treated with Kangfuyan capsules.The clinical efficacy,relief time of lower abdominal pain,and main TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The total treatment effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).In patients with moderate to severe inflammation before treatment,the relief time of lower abdominal pain in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral soreness in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Huang Xili's self-made Baijiang Decoction series formula for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively alleviate lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral soreness of patients,with definite therapeutic effects.
