摘要

目的:通过对中药汤剂的药液浓度进行检测,以确定各类药方是否符合国家标准要求.方法:以过滤的生活用水作为溶剂,收集YJD20-GL型十功能煎药机煎出药液,采用WYA(2WAJ)阿贝折射仪对药液进行浓度测定.结果:八类组方共收集到73种药液,测得65种药液可溶性固形物合格,合格率89.04%.结论:除清热解表方,个别组方等煎煮时易使汤剂浓度<4.5%,需要另外进行检测限度的考查外,对于滋补方、祛湿方、祛痰方、消食方、理血方、安神方、开窍方等其他组方均可采用GB/T 42282煎药中心通用标准的检测方法进行中药汤剂的浓度检测.

Abstract

Objective:To determine whether various prescriptions meet the requirements of national standards by detecting the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions.Methods:WYA(2WAJ)Abbe refractometer was used to determine the concentration of liquid medicine,which was collected from YJD20-GL ten function decoction machine using filtered domestic water as the solvent.Results:A total of 73 kinds of liquid medicine were collected from 8 kinds of formulas,and 65 of them were found to have qualified soluble solids,the qualified rate was 89.04%.Conclusion:In addition to the Qingre Jiebiao formula,individual formulas were easy to make the decoction concentration<4.5%when decocting,and required additional testing of the detection limit.For other formulas such as nourishing formula,dispelling dampness formula,dispelling phlegm formula,Xiaoshi formula,Lixue formula,calming formula,and Kaiqiao formula and other formula,the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction can be detected by the detection method of GB/T 42282 decoction center general standard.
