Effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the incidence of hemolysis in blood samples of hospitalized patients
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the incidence of hemolysis in blood samples of hospitalized patients,so as to ensure the quality compliance rate of blood samples before examination. Methods:Thirty ICU nurses working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,15 nurses in ICU1 ward were set as the observation group, and the quality of blood collection was managed by using quality control circle method, and 15 nurses in ICU2 ward were set as control group, and the blood collection quality of nurses in the control group was managed by performance reward and punishment method.Blood collection quality, blood collection knowledge-attitude-behavior,nurse support rate and understanding of blood collection knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of hemolysis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood collection knowledge-attitude-behavior questionnaire score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The support rate of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The understanding degree score of blood collection knowledge of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting quality control circle method to manage the blood collection quality of nurses can improve the quality of blood samples, enhance their professional knowledge, and reduce the incidence of hemolysis in blood samples of inpatients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
