Analysis of the effect of real-time ultrasound guidance on difficult arteriovenous fistula puncture in MHD patients and its value in preventing complications
Objective:To study the application effect of real-time ultrasound guidance in difficult arteriovenous fistula puncture in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:A total of 93 MHD patients admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected to participate in the trial. They were divided into ultrasound group(n=46,traditional puncture)and blind puncture group(n=47,real-time ultrasound guided puncture)by random number table method. The one-time puncture success rate, pain degree, complications and puncture satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of one-time puncture in ultrasound group was higher than that in blind group, the degree of puncture pain was better than that in blind puncture group, the total complication rate was lower than that in blind puncture group, and the total satisfaction rate of puncture was higher than that in blind puncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of real-time ultrasound guidance in difficult arteriovenous fistula puncture in MHD patients has a better effect, which can improve the success rate of one-time puncture, reduce the degree of puncture pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and obtain good puncture satisfaction.
