Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of paediatric urinary calculi
OBJECTIVE:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of paediatric urinary calculi.Methods:A total of 82 children with urinary calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group received conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention,and the clinical intervention effect of the two groups was compared.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance rate and nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on the perioperative period of paediatric urinary calculi,which can effectively improve treatment compliance,enhance the quality of nursing and reduce postoperative pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
