Application of nursing intervention program based on healthcare failure mode and effect analysis in breast cancer patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the application of nursing intervention program based on healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)in breast cancer patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 40 patients with breast cancer who received daytime chemotherapy in the Breast Surgery Department of Nanyang Central Hospital of Henan Province from November 2022 to May 2023 were set as the control group and received routine nursing intervention.A total of 40 patients with breast cancer who received daytime chemotherapy in the Breast Surgery Department of Nanyang Central Hospital of Henan Province from June 2023 to November 2023 were set as the observation group and received nursing intervention program based on HFMEA.The quality of nursing and the incidence of chemotherapy complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The individual scores and total scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of chemotherapy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention program based on HFMEA can effectively improve the nursing quality of breast cancer patients with daytime chemotherapy and reduce the incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions.
