Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on improving the satisfaction of outpatient triage patients.Methods:A total of 1000 patients admitted to the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from March to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the natural month,with 500 cases in each group.They were given routine nursing,routine nursing+high quality nursing,respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The quality scores of nursing service and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The outpatient registration time and waiting time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can improve the quality of outpatient triage nursing service,shorten the outpatient registration time and waiting time,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
