优质护理对提升门诊分诊患者满意度的效果分析

目的:探讨优质护理对提升门诊分诊患者满意度的效果.方法:选取石河子大学第一附属医院门诊2024年3月至4月接诊的1000例患者为研究对象,按照自然月分为对照组与观察组,各500例,分别给予常规护理、常规护理+优质护理,对比两组的护理效果.结果:观察组护理服务质量评分和护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组门诊挂号时间和就诊等候时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优质护理能提升门诊分诊护理服务质量,缩短门诊挂号时间和就诊等候时间,提高患者满意度,值得推广.
Effect analysis of high quality nursing on improving patient satisfaction in outpatient triage
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on improving the satisfaction of outpatient triage patients.Methods:A total of 1000 patients admitted to the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from March to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the natural month,with 500 cases in each group.They were given routine nursing,routine nursing+high quality nursing,respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The quality scores of nursing service and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The outpatient registration time and waiting time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can improve the quality of outpatient triage nursing service,shorten the outpatient registration time and waiting time,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
