Observation on the effect of prospective pre-control nursing for postoperative urinary tract infection in patients treated with ureteroscopy for upper urinary tract calculi
Objective To observe the effect of prospective pre-control nursing for postoperative urinary tract infection in patients treated with ureteroscopy for upper urinary tract calculi. Methods A total of 200 cases of upper urinary tract calculi treated by ureteroscopy in the 910th Hospital of Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as observation samples, and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group followed the routine nursing mode of ureteroscopic treatment of urinary tract calculi to carry out nursing, while the experimental group added the prospective pre-control nursing intervention for postoperative urinary tract infection events on the basis of above nursing. The various observation indexes were compared and analyzed after the intervention. Results The incidence of postoperative urinary tract infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=7.680,P=0.006),and the scores of GQOLI-74 were higher than those in the control group(t=35.206,21.366,29.361,26.318,all P<0.001).Conclusion In view of the problems of urinary tract infection after ureteroscopy for patients with upper urinary tract calculi, the introduction of prospective pre-control nursing mechanism is conducive to improving the levels of knowledge, attitude and practice of infection prevention and control of nursing practitioners, and reducing the rate of postoperative urinary tract infection.
