目的:比较超声引导下髂腰肌平面阻滞(IPB)与股神经阻滞(FNB)对髋关节置换术(HA)患者的影响.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月在平顶山市第五人民医院接受HA的患者共计94例,以随机数表法分成I组(47例)与F组(47例),I组采用超声引导下IPB,F组采用超声引导下FNB,比较两组术后恢复情况、疼痛程度.结果:I组首次下床时间较F组短(P<0.05);两组术后24 h 40项恢复质量评分量表(QoR-40)评分提高(P<0.05),I组较F组高(P<0.05).两组术后6 h、8 h、12 h、24 h时疼痛程度数字评分法(NRS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:对于HA患者而言,超声引导下IPB与FNB均可发挥良好的镇痛作用,但IPB更有利于缩短患者下床活动时间,加快患者术后恢复.
Comparison of the effects of ultrasound-guided iliopsoas plane block and femoral nerve block on patients undergoing hip arthroplasty
Objective:To compare the effects of ultrasound-guided iliopsoas plane block(IPB)and femoral nerve block(FNB)on patients undergoing hip arthroplasty(HA).Methods:A total of 94 patients receiving HA in Pingdingshan Fifth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into group I(47 cases)and group F(47 cases)by random number table method.Ultrasound guided IPB was used in group I,and ultrasound guided FNB was used in group F.The postoperative recovery and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:The first time of getting out of bed in group I was shorter than that in group F(P<0.05).The 40-item Quality Recovery Score Scale(QoR-40)scores of both groups were increased 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05),and the score of group I was higher than that of the group F(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain severity score(NRS)between the two groups at 6 h,8 h,12 h,and 24 h(P>0.05).Conclusion:For HA patients,both IPB and FNB under ultrasound guidance can exert good analgesic effects,but IPB is more conducive to shortening the patient's time of getting out of bed and accelerating postoperative recovery of patients.
