Effect of targeted exercise rehabilitation therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction during the rehabilitation period
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted exercise rehabilitation therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction during the rehabilitation period.Methods:A total of 100 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction during the rehabilitation period admitted to Nanyang Rehabilitation Hospital were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases).The control group received traditional rehabilitation therapy,and the experimental group received traditional rehabilitation therapy+targeted exercise rehabilitation therapy,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score,motor function and daily living ability score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher(94%vs 80%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted exercise rehabilitation therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction during the rehabilitation period,and it can effectively improve the patients'neurological function,motor function and daily life ability,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worth of promotion and application.
