Objective:To explore the clinical effect of perioperative management on the management of patients undergoing thyroid surgery,and the impact on postoperative complications.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=50,routine management)and observation group(n=50,perioperative management)according to the lottery method.The psychological status,occurrence of postoperative complications,prognostic indicators and satisfaction with management were compared between the two groups.Results:The GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative management in the management of thyroid surgery patients can effectively shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay,improve the physical and mental health status,further reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the effectiveness of postoperative risk prevention,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
