Pregnancy outcomes of patients with small gestational sacs in different degrees of early pregnancy
Objective:To explore the pregnancy outcomes of patients with small gestational sacs at different stages of early pregnancy.Methods:This study included 225 early pregnancy patients with small gestational sacs who underwent IVF-assisted pregnancies in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from August 2018 to June 2023.The patients were examined by ultrasound and they were divided into mild,moderate,severe,and extremely severe small gestational sac groups according to the ultrasound examination results.The pregnancy outcomes of the above four groups were observed.RESULT:The miscarriage rate of patients with extremely severe small gestational sac group was higher than that of patients with mild,moderate,and severe small gestational sac group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The miscarriage rate of patients with small gestational sacs in early pregnancy is relatively high,and the smaller the difference in the patient's gestational sac,the higher the miscarriage rate.Ultrasound examination can provide reference value for predicting the pregnancy outcome of patients in clinical practice.
