Clinical efficacy of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of ambroxol and budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:80 cases of paediatric pneumonia patients treated in the pediatrics department of Shandong Medical College Affiliated Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the combination of ambroxol and budesonide on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly higher therapeutic efficiency(95.0%vs 82.5%)and a significantly shorter symptom disappearance time.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of ambroxol and budesonide has significant therapeutic effects on pediatric pneumonia.It not only promotes symptom relief,but also has good safety,which is worth promoting.
