Observation on the Clinical effect of Shenyu Dunke Decoction in the treatment of children pertussis syndrome in spasmodic cough perio
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenyu Dunke Decoction in the treatment of children pertussis syndrome in spasmodic cough perio.Methods:A total of 90 children with pertussis syndrome in the spasmodic cough period admitted in Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected,and divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Shenyu Dunke Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy and serum inflammation factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenyu Dunke Decoction in the treatment of children pertussis syndrome in spasmodic cough perio can improve the clinical effect and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
