Clinical observation on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with hepatorenal deficiency by saturated oxygen acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of saturated oxygen acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with hepatorenal deficiency.Method:According to the random envelope method,50 patients with hepatorenal deficiency type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Karamay Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were divided into study group and control group,25 cases each. Both groups received oral administration of celecoxib and conventional acupuncture treatment. At the same time, the study group received saturated oxygen acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction plus minus formula in parallel. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment Scale(JOA)score of the study group after the treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Saturated oxygen acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can improve the ischemic and hypoxic conditions caused by nerve root compression and relieve clinical symptoms in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with hepatorenal deficiency.
