Effect of Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate on intestinal flora in patients with hypertension
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of hypertension and the influence of intestinal flora in patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertension admitted to Xiangcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,intestinal flora,vascular endothelial function,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of Enterococcus,Saccharomyces and Enterobacter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and nitric oxide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of endothelin-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of hypertension can significantly improve the blood pressure of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
