新时代背景下医学影像学研究生教学模式的探讨

近年来,医学影像学不断发展,新技术、新理念层出不穷,其教学模式需要改革与创新,将AI与医学影像学充分结合,可促进传统教学方法中研究生被动学习模式转变为主动学习,从而提高导师的教学效率和研究生的学习效率.灵活使用新型教学模式有利于医学影像学研究生提升学习积极性、综合分析能力及科研创新能力;在掌握影像学专业技能的基础上,导师着重培养研究生英文文献读写能力,对其学术生涯有重要意义.本文中,笔者通过将传统的教授式教学模式(LBL)、以问题为基础的学习模式(PBL)、以案例分析为基础的教学模式(CBL)、以团队合作为基础的教学模式(TBL)结合,建立新型教学模式,在科室内开展多种教学活动以提高研究生专业技能,并引导学生阅读英文文献,为后续科研做准备,以更好地将新技术、新理念运用于临床工作中.
Discussion on teaching mode of medical imaging graduate students in the new era
With new technologies and concepts emerging constantly,medical imaging has been constantly developing in recent years.Therefore,its teaching mode needs to be reformed and innovated.Fully integrating AI with medical imaging can promote the transformation of graduate students from passive learning to active learning,thereby improving the teaching efficiency of mentors and the learning efficiency of graduate students.The flexible use of new teaching models is beneficial for medical imaging graduate students to enhance their learning enthusiasm,comprehensive analysis ability,and research innovation ability.On the basis of mastering imaging professional skills,mentors focus on cultivating their English literature reading and writing ability,which is of great significance to their academic career.In order to better apply new technologies and concepts to clinical work,lecture-based Learning(LBL),problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL),and team-based learning(TBL)modes were combined in this article to improve graduate students'professional skills and guide them to read English literature.
