Application effect analysis of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in elderly orthopedic patients
Objective:To observe the application effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in elderly orthopedic patients.Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Orthopedics of Foshan Nanhai District General Hospital from July 1,2023 to July 22,2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the study group received perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing.The adverse emotions,mental toughness,pain degree,postoperative recovery time,nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of postoperative complication were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The first micturition,first defecation,first feeding,incision healing and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing for elderly orthopedic patients can significantly reduce adverse emotions,improve mental toughness,relieve pain,shorten postoperative recovery time,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients,with ideal results.
