Observation on the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on clinical symptoms of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
Objective:To study the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the clinical symptoms of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Method:A total of 56 children with ITP admitted to the Children's Specialized Hospital of Fuzhou First General Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(high-quality nursing).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After nursing,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the platelet related indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the disease familiarity scores of family members of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction scores of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention can improve clinical symptoms of children with ITP,regulate the platelet-related indicators,improve the family members'knowledge of the disease,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion.
