Study on the effect of nursing mode guided by self-management on self-management and emotion state of patients with gouty arthritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing mode guided by self-management on self-management and emotion state of patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing for gouty arthritis,and the observation group received the nursing intervention guided by self-management.The self-management state(evaluated by gout patient Self-management Assessment Scale)and emotion state[evaluated by Profile of Mood States(POMS)scale]before and after the nursing,and the total satisfaction rate of patients with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Self-management Assessment Scale scores of gout patients of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the POMS scale scores were lower than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of patients with nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode guided by self-management can significantly improve the self-management and emotion state of patients with gouty arthritis,and it is more recognized by the patients.
