Objective:To explore the application effect of manual lactation promotion combined with low-frequency postpartum therapeutic apparatus in postpartum care.Method:A total of 102 puerperae who gave birth in the obstetrics department of Qianxinan People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.Fifty-one cases in the control group received routine care,while 51 cases in the study group received manual lactation promotion combined with low-frequency postpartum therapeutic apparatus.The lactation function,the degree of breast distending pain,and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The onset time of postpartum lactation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the serum prolactin and lactation volume of postpartum 3 days were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of manual lactation and low-frequency postpartum treatment equipment in postpartum care can improve the lactation function of postpartum women,increase breast filling and milk viscosity.
