摘要

目的:探讨心理健康教育对护士心理健康状态及护理质量的影响.方法:选取2023年3月至2024年3月某医院护士62名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31名.对照组护士不接受心理健康教育,观察组护士接受心理健康教育.对比两组护士的心理健康状态与护理质量.结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组工作积极性、自身素质的提高、主动与患者沟通以及态度和蔼评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对护士进行科学化的心理健康教育,可以有效改善其不良的心理健康状态,提升护理质量与患者满意度.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of mental health education on mental health status and nursing quality of nurses.Methods:A total of 62 nurses in a hospital were selected from March 2023 to March 2024,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 nurses in each group.The nurses in the control group did not receive mental health education,and the nurses in the observation group received mental health education,and the mental health status and nursing quality of the nurses in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm,self-quality improvement,active communication with patients and amiable attitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific mental health education for nurses can effectively improve the poor mental health status of nurses and promote the nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
