Study on the application of nutritional sequential nursing combined with homogenized standardized nursing in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
Objective:To explore the application effect of nutritional sequential nursing combined with homogenized standardized nursing in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:A total of 82 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning received by the Department of Emergency Medicine of Taihe County People's Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.41 cases in the control group were given nutritional sequential nursing,and 41 cases in the observation group were given nutritional sequential nursing combined with homogenized standardized nursing.The adverse events and prognosis of enteral nutrition were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of enteral nutrition-related adverse events in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 17.07%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the poisoning severity score(PSS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the cholinesterase level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sequential nutrition nursing combined with homogenized standardized nursing in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can reduce the occurrence of enteral nutrition-related adverse events and effectively improve the prognosis.
