摘要

为了提供实时监测功能,确保工作环境中腐蚀性气体浓度达到安全水平,利用电化学传感器收集气体浓度数据,并传输到单片机系统加以分析和处理;将监测到的实时数据传递给组态屏幕和上位机中,进行实时监测并存入数据库,以便观察腐蚀性气体浓度的动态变化.实验结果表明,该系统可以有效实现对腐蚀性气体浓度的实时监测和精确控制.

Abstract

In order to provide real-time monitoring function and ensure that the concentration of corrosive gases in the working environment reaches a safe level,electrochemical sensors are used to collect gas concentration data and transmit it to a microcontroller system for analysis and processing.The monitored real-time data is transferred to the con-figuration screen and upper computer for real-time monitoring and storage in the database to observe the dynamic changes in corrosive gas concentration.The experimental results indicate that the system can effectively achieve real-time monito-ring and precise control of corrosive gas concentration.
