基于双向式主动均衡的储能电站电池管理系统设计

目前锂电池在所有电化学储能中占据首位,但长期运行在储能电站的电池组内电池单元会因锂电池的特性而出现较大差异,导致能量不均衡,降低了储能电站的运行效率.对此,提出了一种基于储能电容和电感双向式主动均衡方法,通过均衡控制模块控制开关管阵列实现电池组内电池单元的跨越式能量传输;设计了电池管理系统及均衡控制电路,并进行了实验验证和测试.结果表明,该均衡控制电路可以满足储能电站的主动均衡需求.
Design of Battery Management System for Energy Storage Power Stations Based on Bidirectional Active Balancing
At present,lithium batteries occupy the first place in all electrochemical energy storage,but the battery units within the battery pack that operate in energy storage stations for a long time may have significant differences due to the characteristics of lithium batteries,leading to energy imbalance and reduction in operational efficiency of energy stor-age stations.A bidirectional active balancing method based on energy storage capacitors and inductors is proposed to achieve cross over energy transmission of battery cells within the battery pack by controlling the switch tube array through the balancing control module.A battery management system and balance control circuit are designed,and experimental verification and testing are conducted.The results indicate that the balancing control circuit can meet the active balancing requirements of energy storage power plants.
