铷钟是计量测试中经常被用到的仪器设备.针对铷钟计量项目多、参数种类不尽相同、测量难度较大等问题,以铯原子频率标准装置测量TR2001 铷钟为例,运用直接测量的方法,分析了测量结果的不确定度来源,并给出了不确定度的评定结果,以期对解决铷钟计量过程中出现的诸多难题具有重要意义.
Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty of Rubidium Clock
Rubidium clocks are commonly used instruments and equipment in metrological testing.In response to the problems of multiple measurement items,different parameter types,and high measurement difficulty of rubidium clocks,measuring TR2001 rubidium clock using acesium atomic frequency standard device as an example,the source of uncertainty in the measurement results is analyzed using direct measurement method,and the evaluation results of uncer-tainty are provided.It is of great significance for solving many difficulties in the rubidium clock measurement process.
