脊柱形态发育异常已经成为影响儿童青少年人群身心健康的危险之一.针对普惠型的脊柱健康筛查需求,设计了一款智能化的手持式脊柱形态检测设备.该设备基于惯性传感器,采用滚动操作方式,实现了脊柱形态多参数的动态采集、虚拟仿真模型构建、Cobb角和脊柱形态类型判定等功能,并配套智能移动端交互软件.经对比测试,该设备的测试结果与专业医师手工测量结果的相关性较高,且具备检测时间短、操作方便、智能显示等优点.
Design and Implementation of Spinal Morphology Screening Equipment for Children and Adolescents
Abnormal spinal morphology has become one of the physical and mental health hazards of children and adolescents.To meet the needs of universal spine health screening,this study designs an intelligent handheld device for spinal morphology screening.Based on the inertial sensor and rolling operation mode,the device implements the dynamic collection of multi-parameter spinal shape,the construction of virtual simulation model,the measuring of Cobb Angle,the determination of spinal morphology type,etc.,and is matched with interactive software on intelligent mobile terminal.The comparative experimental results show the test results of this device have high correlation with the manual measure-ment results of professional physicians,with the advantages of shorter detection time,more convenient operation,and intelligent display and so on.
