Discussion of Flow State on the Measurement Accuracy Influence and Correction Methods of Ultrasonic Flow Meters
By constructing a theoretical flow field, this paper analyzes the relationship coefficient k between the top flow rate and the average flow rate of the multi-channel flowmeter with different chord heights, and obtains the change rule between the coefficient k and the Reynolds number.Combined with experimental verification, the flow state of the flowmeter weight based on the Gauss-Jacobi integral method is further modified, and the relationship coefficient k is applied to the weight of each sound path. The weight of the sound right of way is changed with the velocity to adapt to the flow pattern change caused by the velocity or high temperature and high pressure. The experimental data shows that this correction method can ensure that the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter is not affected by changes in fluid flow state when the fluid in the pipe is in a turbulent state.
