Analysis of Device Difference and Instrument Position Difference in Water Meter Verification
According to the measurement theory,because the true value is not available,the measurement error is not eliminated,so the difference between the two groups of measurement results is inevitable.The device difference and instrument position difference during the water meter calibration process are inevitable.The error of the different devices and instrumentation of different location error is mainly due to the two groups of different measurement for measuring equipment,measuring method,dominant and recessive measurement conditions exist certain differences.To analyze whether the errors of different devices and the errors of different positions of instruments are significant,it is necessary to determine a reasonable criterion for determining the consistency of measurement results.And then the causes of unreason-able deviations are analyzed and found according to the experimental process.When the comparison of the measurement results shows that there are significant errors of different devices and errors of different positions of the instrument,the causes should be analyzed based on experience and the measures should be taken to eliminate them.
