Design of Safety Early Warning System for Unmanned Automatic Operation of Gantry Crane
This study aims to develop a safety early warning system for unmanned automatic operation of gantry cranes.By studying the operation methods and using the fusion technology of GPS and LiDAR,the safe work area is accurately planned and the three-dimensional coordinate information of the required points is calculated.Based on these coordinates,appropriate safety distances and limit positions have been set to ensure that the equipment can safely stop in case of emergencies during automated operations,thereby reducing the risk of accidents.This safety warning system can effectively improve the safety and stability of unmanned automatic operation of gantry cranes,providing strong guarantees for the safety and efficiency of industrial production.
