Design of Lithium Battery State of Charge Monitoring System Based on STM32
A 24 V lithium battery state of charge(SoC)monitoring system based on STM32 main control and INA226 current and voltage detection chip for hydrogen fuel cell power supply is proposed.By collecting internal data of lithium batteries through the INA226 chip,monitoring the shunt voltage drop and bus power supply voltage,precise monitoring of the battery SoC has been achieved.A detailed introduction to the overall design scheme of the lithium battery SoC monitoring system,as well as the circuit and program design of the STM32 main control and INA226 monito-ring module are introduced in details.The experiment verifies that the system can effectively monitor SoC of lithium batteries,providing reliable guarantees for the stable operation of hydrogen fuel cell power supply systems.
