针对现有技术中智能水表表盘位置信息获取不准确的问题,提出了一种创新的机械式水表智能检定装置及固定方法.该装置通过精密的模块化设计,包括采集模块、调节模块和中控模块,确保了高效和准确的表盘信息获取.采集模块负责捕捉智能水表的表盘和外轮廓图像,并实时上传至中控模块.中控模块则会根据接收到的信息,精确控制调节模块移动到对应位置.实践表明,该检定装置及固定方法能显著提高采集器对智能水表表盘信息采集的精确度.
An innovative mechanical water meter intelligent calibration device and fixing method are proposed to address the issue of inaccurate acquisition of dial position information in existing technologies.This device ensures effi-cient and accurate acquisition of dial information through precise modular design,including acquisition module,adjust-ment module,and central control module.The acquisition module is responsible for capturing the dial and outer contour images of the smart water meter,and uploading them to the central control module in real time.The central control module will precisely control the adjustment module to move to the corresponding position based on the received informa-tion.Practice has shown that the calibration device and fixing method can significantly improve the accuracy of the collector in collecting information from the intelligent water meter dial.
