某型润滑油温度传感器感温故障研究

针对某型润滑油温度传感器感温故障现象(信号输出异常),通过拆解排查和X射线方法,对润滑油温度传感器进行故障定位及故障模式分析,定位出故障点为感温组件,故障模式为开路.采用故障树法逐次分析可能导致感温组件开路故障的因素,得出以下结论:焊接过程中的高温沿内引线往薄膜元件传导,使元件加固树脂烧蚀或受热严重膨胀,导致加固树脂及引出线松动脱落,引出线与金属膜之间接触不良,最终造成感温组件经过高温或温度循环后开路.根据失效机理分析和试验,该型润滑油温度传感器感温组件开路问题分析定位准确,改进措施有效.
Research on Temperature Sensing Fault of a Certain Type of Lubricating Oil Temperature Sensor
Aiming to the temperature sensing fault phenomenon(abnormal signal output)of a certain type of lubri-cating oil temperature sensor,the fault location and fault mode analysis of the lubricating oil temperature sensor are car-ried out through disassembly and X-ray methods.The fault point is identified as the temperature sensing component,and the fault mode is open circuit.By using the fault tree method to analyze the factors that may cause open circuit faults in temperature sensing components one by one,the following conclusion can be drawn:during the welding process,the high temperature is transmitted along the inner lead to the thin film component,which results in the reinforcement resin of the component to burn or expand severely due to heating.It also causes the loosening and detachment of the reinforce-ment resin and lead wires,poor contact between the lead wires and the metal film,and ultimately causing the tempera-ture sensing component to open circuit after high temperature or temperature cycling.Based on the analysis of failure mechanisms and experiments,the analysis and positioning of the open circuit problem in the temperature sensing compo-nent of this type of lubricating oil temperature sensor are accurate,and the improvement measures are effective.
