Research on the Online Monitoring System for the Comprehensive Parameters of the Tamping Truck Gearbox Crans
Tamping truck is a common large-scale maintenance machinery in railway maintenance operations,which mainly used for compacting ballast on the track bed during railway maintenance.However,during the working process,the gearbox of tamping truck is damaged due to frequent impact loads.In order to understand the operating conditions of the gearbox of the tamping truck in real-time,a comprehensive parameter online monitoring system for the gearbox of the tamping truck is proposed and designed.This system utilizes sensors to monitor the oil quality,oil temperature,and gearbox vibration information of the tamping truck gearbox,while utilizing the LoRa wireless communication technology to centrally transmit the performance parameters of multiple tamping trucks to the data centralized device.The data centralized device will use 4G communication technology to transmit the performance parameters of each tamping truck gearbox to the cloud server,and ultimately remotely online monitor the performance parameters of the tamping truck gearbox through the client.It provides important monitoring means for the daily maintenance and early faults warning of the tamping truck gearbox,in order to provide important technical support for the intelligent monitoring of large tamping devices.
