旋翼多流束水表压损特性的数值模拟研究

水表在供排水及贸易结算中起着重要作用,而压力损失则是水表的一项重要技术指标.以旋翼多流束水表为研究对象,采用FLUENT求解器对其内部流场进行数值模拟,探究了水表压损与流量的关系,并分析了压损的分布情况.研究结果表明:叶轮盒是压损的主要来源,其在Q3 工况下的压损占比高达 67%;通过更换不同零部件进行测量压损实验,进一步验证了这一推论,同时发现加大叶轮盒进出水口对降低旋翼多流束水表的压力损失具有明显效果.
Numerical Simulation Study on Pressure Loss Characteristics of Rotor Multi-Jet Water Meter
Water meters play an important role in water supply,drainage,and trade settlement.And pressure loss is an important technical indicator of water meters.Taking the rotor multi-jet water meter as the research object,the FLUENT solver is used to numerically simulate its internal flow field,explore the relationship between water meter pres-sure loss and flow rate,and analyze the distribution of pressure loss.The research results indicate that the impeller box is the main source of pressure loss,with a pressure loss ratio of up to 67%under Q3 operating conditions.The experiment of measuring pressure loss by replacing different components further verifies this inference,and it is found that increasing the inlet and outlet of the impeller box has a significant effect on reducing the pressure loss of the rotor multi-jet water meter.
