Application of OPC/Web Communication in Monitoring and Management of Fieldbus Equipment
With the popularity of digital industrial fieldbus devices,information collection technology based on real-time health management systems for devices is gradually being improved.In industrial sites,both the bus supervision system using OPC communication and the equipment monitoring system using Web communication are based on the underlying configuration data of the distributed control system,combined with real-time data processing to provide users online monitoring of bus equipment,fault diagnosis,equipment maintenance guidance,statistical analysis of equipment operation status,and real-time transmission and management of fault data.The system architecture,data acquisition,and interface display of bus device status monitoring under OPC communication or Web communication conditions are elaborated.The analysis results indicate that when selecting a device management system,users should reasonably evalu-ate the applicability of different bus device management systems based on the current control system architecture.
