针对目前变电站存在的无人或少人值守情况,以及人工巡检受限于工作经验、心理素质和技术水平等因素的问题,设计了基于STM32 芯片的变电站巡检机器人.该款机器人具备自动巡检和人工遥控巡检两种模式,能够实现对变电站的运行温度监测、设备表计抄录、位置状态识别以及SF6气体监测等功能,并在发现异常时及时报警.详细阐述了巡检机器人的系统硬件设计方案和软件设计流程,以及各功能模块实现方案.在实验室制作了巡检机器人样机,并进行了实验测试.测试结果表明,该巡检机器人能够在自动或人工遥控的方式下,对变电站的主要电气设备进行日常巡检和故障报警,不仅巡检精度高、效果好,而且有效减少了工作人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率.
Design of Substation Inspection Robot Based on STM32
A substation inspection robot based on STM32 chip is designed to address the current situation of unmanned or few people on duty in substations,as well as the limitations of manual inspection due to factors such as work experience,psychological quality,and technical level.This robot has two modes:automatic inspection and manual remote control inspection.It can monitor the operating temperature of the substation,record equipment meters,identify position status,and monitor SF6 gas.It can also alarm in time when abnormalities are detected.The system hardware design scheme and software design process of the inspection robot system are elaborate in details,as well as the imple-mentation scheme of each functional module.A prototype inspection robot was made in the laboratory and experimental tests.The test results show that the inspection robot can perform daily inspections and fault alarms on the main electrical equipment of the substation in an automatic or manual remote control manner.It not only has the high inspection accuracy and the good effect,but also effectively reduces the workload of the staff and improves work efficiency.
