鉴于传统火焰探测系统误报率高、易受干扰等问题,提出了一种综合应用热释电红外火焰识别和火焰图像识别技术的火焰探测解决方案.基于火焰探测原理,详细阐述了系统硬件设计,包括系统整体构成和硬件电路的功能分析.根据系统硬件设计方案,进行了系统信号处理设计,包括红外模块识别算法和图像视觉识别算法的开发.基于LabVIEW平台构建分布式火焰测控系统及上位机.通过火焰识别和识别抗干扰两种类型的实验,验证了整个系统在远距离探测、高速识别以及高可靠性方面的卓越性能.
Research on Composite Flame Detection Technology Based on Infrared Sensors and Image Recognition
Given the high false alarm rate and susceptibility to interference of traditional flame detection systems,a flame detection solution that integrates pyroelectric infrared flame recognition and flame image recognition technology is proposed.Based on the principle of flame detection,the system hardware design is explained in detail,including the overall composition of the system and the functional analysis of the hardware circuit.According to the system hardware design scheme,the system signal processing design is carried out,including the development of infrared module recogni-tion algorithms and image visual recognition algorithms.A distributed flame measurement and control system and upper computer based on LabVIEW platform are built.Through two types of experiments,flame recognition and identification anti-interference,the excellent performance of the entire system in long-distance detection,high-speed identification,and high reliability has been verified.
