摘要
甲烷是影响煤矿安全的主要隐患之一,甲烷传感器是检测矿井甲烷浓度的主要设备,广泛应用于高瓦斯矿井中.随着矿井巷道环境的日益复杂,甲烷传感器检测数据的可靠性面临严峻挑战.针对煤矿用甲烷浓度传感器的可靠性检测技术,提出了一种基于数据态势分析的矿井甲烷浓度检测方法,制定了一套甲烷浓度传感器的设计方案,旨在提高传感器的准确性和可靠性,提升传感器的智能化应用水平,为煤矿安全提供更有力的技术保障.
Abstract
Methane is one of the main hazards affecting coal mine safety,and methane sensors are the main equip-ment for detecting methane concentration in mines,widely used in high gas mines.With the increasingly complex envi-ronment of mine tunnels,the reliability of methane sensor detection data is facing serious challenges.In view of the relia-bility detection technology of methane concentration sensors used in coal mines,a mine methane concentration detection method based on data situation analysis was proposed.A design scheme for methane concentration sensors are developed to improve the accuracy and reliability of the sensors,enhance the intelligent application level of the sensors,and pro-vide stronger technical support for coal mine safety.
