The gas pressure variation of gas boiler equipment in steel mills is significant,leading to frequent variable load operation of the boiler equipment.If it relies on manual adjustment,there are problems such as insufficient combustion,high labor intensity,and gas release.In order to solve these problems,the APC-Suite advanced control software is designed and adopted,and an advanced control system for gas boilers is established during the automatic load change process.After the implementation of the system,it not only ensures the smooth operation of automatic load change,but also achieves combustion optimization,improving the smoothness and automation level of the device.
