交流电的精确计量是众多用电行业终端设备不可或缺的基本需求.为了实现这一目标,采用单片机、电流互感器、电压互感器和单极性模数转换器设计了一种高精度单极性交流电电流电压测量电路.基于交流电有效值的定义,结合单片机实现了算法矫正,以提高测量精度.用高精度电流电压测量仪进行对比试验,结果显示,该测量电路的误差率成功控制在了千分级.该测量电路可应用于充电桩、逆变器等设备的电流电压检测.
The precise measurement of AC power is an essential basic requirement for many terminal devices in the electricity industry.In order to achieve this goal,a high-precision unipolar AC current and voltage measurement circuit is designed using a microcontroller,current transformer,voltage transformer,and unipolar analog-to-digital converter.Based on the definition of the effective value of alternating current,the algorithm correction is implemented in combina-tion with a microcontroller to improve measurement accuracy.The results of the comparative test using a high-precision current and voltage measuring instrument show that the error rate of the measurement circuit is successfully controlled within a thousand levels.This measurement circuit can be applied to current and voltage detection of charging stations,inverters,and other equipment.
