一种流水线式燃气表无人检定系统设计

针对现有燃气表检定装置存在的效率低、易出错的问题,设计了一种新型的流水线式燃气表无人检定系统,实现对燃气表的密封性、压力损失、示值误差及附加装置功能等检定项目的一体化、流水线式自动检定.阐述了流水线式燃气表无人检定系统的设计过程,分析了无人检定系统工作流程及数据交互.实用效果表明:系统检定效率高,最多能同时检定48个燃气表,并可24 h持续无人值守运行;燃气表检定数据自动传输,原始记录、证书报告自动生成.系统总相对扩展不确定度(k=2)不大于0.5%,不合格产品发现率高于99.99%,投产后年可检定至少40万台燃气表,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益.
Design of an Unmanned Assembly Line-style Verification System for Gas Meters
A new type of pipeline type unmanned gas meter calibration system is designed to address the low effi-ciency and error prone issues of existing gas meter calibration devices.It realizes the integration of calibration items such as sealing,pressure loss,indication error,and additional device functions for gas meters,and automatic pipeline type calibration.This paper elaborates on the design process of an unmanned calibration system for assembly line gas meters,analyzes the workflow and data exchange of the unmanned calibration system.Practical results show that the system has high calibration efficiency,can simultaneously calibrate up to 48 gas meters,and can continuously operate unmanned for 24 hours.Gas meter calibration data is automatically transmitted,and original records and certificate reports are automat-ically generated.The total relative expansion uncertainty of the system(k=2)is not more than 0.5%,and the detection rate of non-conforming products is more than 99.99%.After production,it can verify at least 400,000 gas meters per year,which has significant economic and social benefits.
