Design of Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System for Pet Hospitals Based on Microcontroller
To improve the comfort and safety of the pet hospital environment and ensure the best treatment and care conditions for pets,an efficient remote temperature and humidity monitoring system for pet hospitals is designed and im-plemented.Real time environmental data is collected using DHT11 temperature and humidity sensors,with STC89C52RC microcontroller as the core control unit which is responsible for data reception and processing.The collected temperature and humidity information is visually displayed on the LCD1602 display screen,making it convenient for on-site monito-ring.Utilizing AT24C02 memory to store preset temperature and humidity thresholds,it supports two flexible ways to set thresholds:near end input through buttons and remote input through SMS.When the actual temperature and humidity exceed the preset threshold,the system immediately triggers the sound and light alarm mechanism,and automatically sends an alarm message to the pet owner through the GSM SMS module to remind them to pay attention.It can also selec-tively control the relay device to automatically adjust the environmental temperature and humidity to the appropriate range.The experiment shows that the system responds quickly,the monitoring data is accurate,and the alarm mechanism is reliable,effectively improving the environmental management level and service quality of pet hospitals.The designed pet hospital temperature and humidity remote monitoring system,with its efficient,flexible,and intelligent characteristics,provides a powerful environmental monitoring solution for pet hospitals,ensuring the safety and comfort of pet treatment and care processes,and has high application value and promotion prospects.
