过量的X射线照射会对人体产生损伤,导致各种组织异常.由于影像设备技术人员在维修数字X射线(Digital Radio-graphy,DR)影像设备过程中,难以判断DR影像设备中的X射线发射器是否损坏,这不仅给维修工作带来了麻烦,而且让技术人员长时间暴露在X射线下,威胁着他们的身体健康,为此设计一种便携式X射线计量检测仪.简要介绍了X射线计量检测仪的工作原理、系统结构、硬件软件设计,并通过实验验证其性能.实验结果表明,采用先进的X射线探测技术和微处理器控制技术设计的X射线计量检测仪,展现出高精度、便携性、自动化等特点,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值.
Design of a Portable X-ray Metrology Detection Instrument
Excessive X-ray exposure can cause damage to the human body,leading to various tissue abnormalities.It is difficult for imaging equipment technicians to determine whether the X-ray emitter in the digital radiography(DR)imaging equipment is damaged during the repair process.This not only brings trouble to maintenance work,but also exposes technical personnel to X-rays for a long time,posing a threat to their physical health.Therefore,a portable X-ray measurement and detection instrument is designed.This article briefly introduces the working principle,system structure,hardware and software design of the X-ray metrology detector,and verifies its performance by experiments.The experi-mental results show that the X-ray metrology detector designed using advanced X-ray detection technology and micropro-cessor control technology exhibits high precision,portability,automation and other characteristics,and has good applica-tion prospects and promotion value.
