Research on New Particulate Matter Sensor For Diesel On-board Diagnostics
With the diesel engine particulate matter emission regulations strictly continuously,diesel particulate filter(DPF) is widely used to remove the particulate matter(PM) in the exhaust gas.To detect PM emissions accurately,the new type sensors are needed.Sufficient heat resistance,endurance and the harsh environment of the exhaust are necessary for these sensors.This paper introduced the working principle and research method of several kinds of domestic and foreign sensors.The flow field was simulated for resistive soot sensor,the forcible soot collection method was presented for the capacitance PM sensor,the electrode of electrochemical sensor added ionomer was analyzed,and the sensors with application prospect were introduced.
