摘要

针对金庄煤矿空压系统和制氮系统中的空压机、制氮机、增压机均为单机控制,无法进行集控运行、效率低下等问题,设计一套基于PLC的煤矿空压机及制氮机监控系统,该系统通过Profibus-DP总线和Modbus协议将多套空压机和制氮机组建成工业现场级控制网络,对各设备进行运行优化组合和实时监控。现场应用表明:该系统实现了空压机、制氮机的群控联动与无人值守,对于保障矿区安全生产,提高矿区的生产效率和现代化管理水平有一定意义。

Abstract

According to air compressors, nitrogen generator and supercharger in mine air compressor and nitrogen generator system which brings about some problems of in capable group-control and low efficiency by single control at Jinzhuang Colliery, an advanced monitoring system for mine air compressor and nitrogen generator based on PLC was put forward in this paper.This system sets up an industrial field level control network with air compressor and nitrogen generator through Profibus-DP bus and Modbus protocol to optimize operation of equipment and achieve monitor real time.The field application shows that this system can realize group-link control and unattended running, and it has a pushing meaning for guaranteeing mine production safety, mine productivity and the level of modern management.
