为了满足现代工业生产需求,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的温湿度监测系统.该系统以MSP 430为开发平台,设计了传感器数据采集电路、数据处理传输电路、单片机最小系统电路以及上位机监测平台.基于ZigBee协议的传感器网络负责采集温度、湿度数据,以MSP430微处理器为核心的网关负责数据的接收处理与转发,上位机监测平台则用于实时监测采集到的温度、湿度数据.本系统解决了传统温湿度测量时存在布线困难、不易维护的缺点,适用于工业化生产等复杂环境对温湿度的测量.
Industrial Environment Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System Based on Wireless Sensor Network
In order to meet the production demand of modern industry , a temperature and humidity monitoring system based on wireless sensor network was designed .The system used MSP 430 as the development platform , the sensor data acquisition cir-cuit, the data processing transmission circuit , the minimum system circuit of the MCU and the upper computer monitoring plat-form were designed .Sensor network based on ZigBee protocol was responsible for the temperature and humidity data collection , with MSP430 microprocessor as the core of the gateway which was responsible for receiving and forwarding data , PC monitoring platform was used for real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity data collected.This system solves the problem of the tradi-tional temperature and humidity measurement , which is difficult to maintain and is not easy to maintain .It is suitable for the measurement of temperature and humidity in complex environment such as industrial production .
