Research on Magnetic Focused Rotor Vibration Sensor
In order to achieve axial vibration measurement of the rotor,a magnetic focusing type rotor vibration sensor was proposed. The structure and working principle of the sensor were introduced, and the output voltage mathematical model of the sensor was derived by combining magnetic focusing technology and electromagnetic induction law.Theoretical calculations and modeling simulations were conducted on the sensor using MATLAB and COMSOL software, and the relationship between the coil output electrical signal and rotor vibration and rotation parameters was quantitatively analyzed based on the set speed, frequency and so on.Rotation experiments were conducted to verify the results. The simulation results show that the excitation device of the sensor can generate a focused magnetic field with a central magnetic induction intensity of 0.02 T under 1 A excitation current, and there is a strong linear relationship between the coil output electrical signal and amplitude, frequency, and speed when the ro-tor vibrates. The experimental results indicate that the output electrical signal of the sensor is a sinusoidal voltage, which verifies the feasibility of the vibration measurement of this sensor.
