为了解决现有列车车载驱动采集板的安全性低、可靠性低、传输速率较慢等问题,设计了一种基于FlexRay总线的车载安全驱动采集板.该板卡采用二乘二取二架构,控制核心由两颗独立CPU组成,主要包括通信模块、驱动模块、采集模块以及双核控制模块,利用光耦和继电器实现驱动和采集功能.经测试表明,该板卡能够稳定采集外部继电器状态信息以及驱动外部继电器工作,并通过FlexRay总线来进行安全数据的收发.与传统的驱动采集板相比,该板卡的安全性、可靠性以及传输速率得到有效提高.
Design of In-vehicle Safety Drive Acquisition Doard Based on FlexRay Bus
In order to solve the problems of low security and reliability and slow transmission rate of the existing train on-board drive acquisition board,an in-vehicle safety drive acquisition board based on FlexRay bus was designed.The board adopted two-by-two take-two architecture,the control core consisted of two independent CPUs,mainly including communication module,driver module,acquisition module and dual-core control module,using optocoupler and relay to achieve drive and acquisition functions.Tests show that the board is able to stably collect external relay status information as well as drive external relays,and send and receive safety data through the FlexRay bus.Compared with the traditional driver-acquisition board,the safety,reliability and transmission rate of this board are effectively improved.
