连杆作为柴油发动机的关键零部件,其变形直接影响动力装备的性能和寿命.因此,检测连杆变形对保证动力装备的使用寿命具有重要作用.文中提出基于光纤光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)船用柴油机连杆的变形检测技术,根据有限元分析连杆变形特点,设计FBG栅点的传感网络,建立连杆受力变形下的三维重构模型,并开发基于FBG连杆变形检测的软硬件系统,实现连杆变形的可视化监测.实验结果表明采用基于FBG的感知和重构技术检测连杆的变形是可行的,为连杆性能的精确检测以及船舶动力装备其他关键件的变形检测提供了新思路.
Research on Method for Deformation Sensing and 3D Reconstruction of Connecting Rod Based on FBG
As a key component of diesel engine,the connecting rod deformation directly affects the performance and life of power equipment.Therefore,the detection of the connecting rod deformation plays an important role in ensuring the service life of the power equipment.In this paper,the deformation detection technology based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG)for the connecting rod of marine diesel engines was proposed.According to the deformation characteristics of the connecting rod obtained from finite element analysis,a sensing network of FBG sensors was designed.On this basis,the three-dimensional reconstruction model of the connecting rod under the force was established and the FBG-based software and hardware system for the deformation detection of the connecting rod was developed to realize the visual monitoring of the deformation for the connecting rod.The experimental re-sults indicate that the FBG-based perception and reconstruction technologies detect the deformation of the connecting rod are fea-sible,which provide new ideas for the accurate detection of the connecting rod performance and the deformation detection of other key parts of the ship power equipment.
